ALL HERO OWNERS ... we need help

hello everyone and happy feast TO ALL OF U AND UR LOVING FAMILY...

cant plz anyone off the great android users here help me with a simple way to move and setup the applications to the memory card on the HTC hero....
can anyone make it as if he talking to child
we all need this , a 1 organized step by step of making everything to the hero
with no posts and side talks and questions,
starting from

1- open the box
2- say hello to Ur hero
3 - start Ur phone
4 - root
5 - flash ROM
6 - apps 2sd
7 - operator settings
8 - best apps
9 - what do u need
10 - enjoy your hero

and so on ,like kids learning a b c .. as simple as that coz not all of us are into hacking and rooting .

plus mentioning what if some one wanna skip the flash or the root or whatever...
a single step by step index of the hero...
every post here i have to go through at at least 20 pages because the post address say's that i should find what I'm looking for here , and then i leave without finding what I'm looking for.

plz consider this as top priority issue , android is moving to fast and we wont be following if we were that slow... and
i don't think members around here would disagree with what i''m asking for .
