The problem is that I am in another country outside of Europe since
either one has forgotten the card number in a tour in morocco and I need
to run another card purple understand me and thank you

Please be aware that we can only provide you with the SIM unlock code
if the iPhone was bought and used with Orange Switzerland. Only at the
end of contract we can offer this code for free. If you can send us
the Orange number as well as the name of the owner of the contract to
which the IMEI number mentioned belongs, we will gladly offer you the
SIM unlock code requested.
