Salam when you setup you phone did you activate the option delete all files after 10 incorrect passcode input it happened to me my iphone was blocked but it worked after 10 min and i was able to enter the code again max you contact your service provider ( sharikat el etisalat ) the one you baught ur phone or contact apple and they will ask you few questions and unblock it for you THATS IF THE PHONE WAS REGISTERED UNDER YOUR NAME ONLY
