Salamo Alaikom: Dear brother Anas, Thanks for quick response, byt really i already tried what u suggest many times earlier but no difference till now every time it is going smooth till finish the upgrading 100% then after i disconnect the device and re-start it the problem is there this is what is happening every time i noticed here no recognition of the WM which is on the device already, why ?? 6.1.png then after that, everything is going on accurately till the end.when i restart my device just these two pictures appears then nothing ...like frozen 11.png 12.png so ....what do you think ?? waitnig ur kind answer... N.B: your name is familiar to me...did we met before !!
