if you don't know how to replace the file then open venom tweaks \advanced go to use custom bootanimation
or to copy and paste just use root explorer
or use ES file explorer ( in ES file explorer enable root in options )
then mount system read\write
then navigate to system \customize\resource and replace the existing one
edit the permission according to the attached photo
