General Updates and improvements:
Removed all port apps except Note 4 Launcher and Weather Widget though you can still choose Note 3 Launcher and Weather Widget through Aroma if you wish.
Network traffic settings moved to Settings>DEVICE>Display
Fixed Network traffic unit display
Fixed Shutter sound menu for Austria CSC
Fixed Floating Message with a correct signature now fully working
Default Animation Scale is set back to 1.0 as default
