First of all
the device will be revealed at the IFA 2010 in Berlin on 02/september/2010 (which is in few days 
)
about the specs ..
more than one site guessed that its going to have
1,204 x 600 screen resolution
1 Ghz humming bird .but lets hope its going to be clocked at 1.2 Ghz
PowerVR SGX 540 graphics processor (just like samsung galaxy s) ofcourse becoz its part of the SoC
16:10 screen ratio
now let me talk about the device abit
some of our brothers said that 7 inch is too small

Samsung is trying to play movies close to 16:9 ratio..
many people complained about the wasted space while
playing a movie full screen on the IPad
so Samsung got very close by having a 16:10 full screen ratio

It seems that Samsung might enter the e-book zone too ,
Kindle and B&N Nook are both having a 6"screen
the 7" screen is almost best for showing full documents
the ideal screen size is around 7.35 inches
and u can hold it in one hand too!! right
but in the end its all to each person's taste .
anyhow i saw that they will have three screen sizes ..
7" 8" and also 10"
