salam brother, thanks for the nice posting matirial which discuessed something importenet to our PDAS.....
well, it think making softrest for the PDA once a day is healthy to the ram from files or program maybe attched to it during working day routine for the PDA but i think that this is prohabitied if the device hunged and you immidatly performed a softrest that may spoile your device.....

mine is Atome Exec and i perform a softrest maybe every 4 days or when i think it's needed for softrest......
