جوجل حسمت الصفقة بمبلخ 1.1 مليار دولار وهي تتعلق بضم الكادر العندسي المسؤل عن تصنيع جهاز البكسل فون واخذ تراخيص مفتوحة الامد من htc وهنا يعني هذه شراكة وليس استحواذ ! يعني htc لازالت شركة مستقله لن ستحصل على دعم مادي بشكل مستمر من تراخيص معينة مع الابقاء على كل كادرها الخاص من مصممين ومن المسؤلين على واجهتها الخاصة اتمنى من htc ان تستغل هذه الدفعة المعنوية وتعود للسوق من جديد
