If you are looking for an interactive AOD screen (buttons working just fine), you can replace services.jar in \system\framework.

Remember to set correct permission (644). You need to reboot after.
It's not exactly the same as Note 7 but works just fine. It will cost you approx. 0.3% battery per hour (there is no free lunch .
