when there is COMPETITION
and there are OTHER COMPANIES
do it better
then I have the right to get mad at junk
as Apple once was doing at the PCs
in the late 80s and early 90s
before they realise that they care too much about the "look-and-feel"
and forgat totally about the functionality
but now when they sell junk,
its bad even to mention that !
