i agree with you to say we lucky to got it because i think having it is the best thing we can do in your life 
about the RAM is it possible to change the RAM to 64MB or even 128MB but ofcourse you need technician to do it , so fono working on establishing a service center in dubai so once it's there everything will be possible ( you can buy the RAM from the internet but you will do it on your responsibilty and we will lose the warranty so i recommend you to wait .
about the SMS problem i attached a file but i don't know if you will be able to open it or not if not you can send me your e-mail address on ahmad@fono.ae and i will send it to you
