since I don't know what are these files and its usage
the only way to explore it will be a hex editor
it seems to me these files are special formatted for mobidiv use.

there are files that control the usage of arabic,
and i would like to add more translation for wm
I hope that you know how to read them in Hex Editor, and witch program to use.
I have tried to read by UltraEdit with no luck and i could not understand that Gibrish...
Hope that you have better Ideas or how to decode them from Mobidiv....
