This doesn't sound correct for the following reasons
1. Update is available in the HTC/WWW page as well as the MEA English page
2. it says: This software is suitable for the following devices : HTC HD2 and doesn't specify any ROM or area
3. it says: This update for HTC HD2 adds in the ability to support Arabic on your phone which means it is for devices that are NOT originally Arabic supported
i feel the HTC staff member who answered the question simply copied and pasted an old response and didn't bather to check the real problem or at least change the above possibly misleading info on the update page.
