Synching the outlook calendar & contacts with Office 2010

Dear Friends,

unfortunately i don't have arabic support on my laptop so i'm writing to you in English......

i upgraded to Office 2010 & now google calendar is not working with my outlook to sync...

anyone can help me in this?
