How to make my PPC look like my PC
 

Alsalam aleikum

Dear all,
I have searched too much for a program that can make my PPC (Casper M600 WM5)
to look like my PC, the start to be down and to be able to control all the shortcuts on the desktop just like on the PC.

I found a program which name is "experience" but its old for my PPC, so can anyone help?? pls
