اسئلة SGS 2 New Firmware I9100JPKG5

I live in Dubai and I found a new firmware for SGS 2 using Check Fus Downloader 1.2. Details are:

Product code: GT-I9100LKAXSG
PDA: I9100JPKG5
CS: I9100XXKG1
Phone: I9100OJPKG1

There are two files downloaded:
I9100JPKG5_I9100XXKG1_I9100OJPKG1_HOME.T AR and
SS_DL.dll

I would appreciate it if you could answer my questions:

1. Should I update my SGS2 if it's product code is GT-I9100LKAARB?
2. What ODIN options should I chose?
3. What's the second downloaded file, "SS_DL.dll"?

This is the latest arabic firmware for SGS 2
you can either update your mobile using Kies or odin
this is the link for odin

when u use odin forget about "SS_DL.dll" its useless
only use the "TAR" file
