Samsung Galaxy Tab "Black screen of death"

I was able to go to download screen, can someone help me with detailed instructions how to load a firmware now, if i switch tab on now it gets stuck on SAMSUNG word

just simply download the right firmware then get the tab into the download mode and you will be good to go, the black death screen is scary if the 2 buttons are not working, im quessing all galaxy tabs have them functioning

download the firmwarefrom here after reading the subject
New EURO Firmware - P1000XXJM6 - UPDATED - xda-developers (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=854300)

then you can easily download the arabic firmware from Ce4arab but first get out of the black screen and install a fresh copy

لا انصح بالروم التجريبي الJM6
والشاشة التي تظهر بجهازك ليست شاشة الموت - بل لانك حدثت الروم الخاطئ والجهاز لا يوجد له بوت فقط
وبنفس الشاشة تستطيع تركيب الروم الرسمي من odin كما ورد في موضوع العنزي وابتعد عن التجارب افضل
