Please, follow this update! There is no removal of any original apps from the rom, so you can enjoy the cool Omnia environment!

After you updated the firmware, when your phone restarted, and you finished calibrate your phone, check the following:
The Start-panel and Action-panel must has orange headcolour!
If it is gray, the original firmware was downloaded/extracted incorrectly, it cause a several error on your phone!
12.12.2008:
Performance optimization + registy cleanup(I hate it... )
Professional task manager included (press about and check its homepage for further info)
Google stuffs are removed (you can install them to the internal large storage Google Maps)
Audio volume is still optimized for high quality digital audio for wire headsets
After the first boot, set lower the volume sliders!
There are lot of type of bluetooth headset that are really sensitive, so use \windows\soundtester.exe for its optimization
With wire headsets you can still enjoy really loud and clear digital audio

بعد تجربة الروم: لاأنصح باستخدامه... المطور قام برفع صوت السماعات الخارجية بدرجة كبيرة... واعتقد انها ممكن تأثر على السماعات او تتلفها
